## **Our values**

Our core values guide the way we interact with each other and are the foundation for how we aim to execute on our mission and vision

### Trust

Trust is the most important thing we can have with our customers and colleagues. It is consistency over time and must be something we always work to maintain.

### Compassion

We all come from different backgrounds and perspectives. As such, we should all actively strive to understand these perspectives without bias or judgement.

### Quality

We strive to go the extra mile! Everything we do should adhere to a standard that is expected of us by our peers and customers.

### Customer First

Every decision we make, whether internal or external, should take into consideration whether or not the outcome compromises our customers and prospects.

## **Our investors**

We are fortunate to be partnering up with some amazing investors!
